The Clos de l'Oratoire des Papes, named in homage to the popes who chose the region for their summer residence, was established in the 19th century and flourished from the 1920s under the Amouroux family. After a period of decline, it was acquired in 2000 by the Ogier group, restoring its prestige. Its uniqueness lies in the exceptional variety of its soils, combining rocky terrain, sandy loam, and red clay. With an ideal exposition and the influence of the mistral wind, its wines are powerful and distinctive.
Cinsault, Grenache Noir, and Syrah are aged for one year in oak vats. The wine reveals Mediterranean aromas and flavors of ripe fruits, enhanced by a menthol finish. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, licorice, and scrubland on the nose. Remarkable structure on the palate, with silky and well-integrated tannins, offering a velvety sensation and an impressive length.

Questi sono conservati in cantina, in via Fondaudège, in totale. Le bottiglie più fragili e più rare beneficiano di un riposo in cantina di invecchiamento Liebherr o La Sommelière.
