Since 2006, Aude and Boris have combined their expertise to offer us a champagne from the hillsides of the Marne Valley for all our celebrations and tastings. The quality and distinctiveness of their vintages are due to their geographic origin, 20 km from Epernay, as well as the excellence of their production methods. They provide us with a rare champagne with an authentic character, from an exceptional terroir where sand and wine coexist harmoniously. The sand, the main component of their soil, plays a major role in the quality of the grapes and influences the organoleptic characteristics of their champagne.
They are now certified with VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) and HVE (High Environmental Value).

It reveals all the characteristics and the typicity of a long and hardworking year.
Vinification: Stainless Steel
Blend: 100% wine of the vintage
Dosage: Extra-Brut, 6g of sugar per liter
Tasting:
Color: Golden yellow, fine bubbles.
Aromas: yellow fruits, mirabelle plums, apricots and toasted bread
Taste: straightforward with a nice finish and a gorgeous balance.
Great on its own, or with fine poultry (volaille de Bresse) or a beef carpaccio.

Tutti i vini e altri prodotti provengono direttamente dalle cantine o dai loro rivenditori esclusivi. In alcuni casi, bottiglie rare e introvabili in cantina sono state acquistate da collezionisti privati o professionisti. La nostra esperienza attesta la qualità e l'autenticità delle bottiglie.
Questi sono conservati in cantina, in via Fondaudège, in totale. Le bottiglie più fragili e più rare beneficiano di un riposo in cantina di invecchiamento Liebherr o La Sommelière.
