The first Champagne house to be certified "Carbon Neutral," Maison Drappier has been producing sparkling champagnes since 1808 on its 62 hectares of vineyards, along with additional contract partnerships. Often recognized as offering the "best value for money" in the region, Drappier is above all a style, with dense champagnes deeply rooted in their terroir while remaining vibrant.
As its name indicates, this white Champagne is made exclusively from white grapes, in point of fact from Chardonnay.
Nevertheless, an original feature of the Drappier House, a splash of Pinot Blanc, called “Blanc Vrai” in Champagne, is sometimes added to the cuvée in order to increase its complexity and roundness.
Primarily cultivated on the Jurassic Kimmerdigian limestone soil of the Côte des Bar, the Chardonnay expresses itself with a distinctive minerality. A touch of Blanc Vrai complements this unique Blanc de Blancs with a hint of generosity, common to all Drappier cuvées.

Tutti i vini e altri prodotti provengono direttamente dalle cantine o dai loro rivenditori esclusivi. In alcuni casi, bottiglie rare e introvabili in cantina sono state acquistate da collezionisti privati o professionisti. La nostra esperienza attesta la qualità e l'autenticità delle bottiglie.
Questi sono conservati in cantina, in via Fondaudège, in totale. Le bottiglie più fragili e più rare beneficiano di un riposo in cantina di invecchiamento Liebherr o La Sommelière.
