Haut-Poitou is a forgotten land on the wine map of France, with phylloxera having wreaked havoc there. Ampelidae, founded in 1995, cultivates nearly 170 hectares organically and produces high-end cuvées (Le S, PN 1328, Le K) on its best plots. With very little new oak and various containers (concrete eggs, amphorae, stainless steel...), these cuvées highlight the 'Pauillac of the Vienne' with an irresistible quality-to-price ratio. All the white wines of the estate are sealed with screw caps to preserve the freshness sought by the team. In some great vintages, the wines can age for 20 years or even longer.
Ce 100% Sauvignon Blanc a tout pour plaire : frais grâce à son cépage, minéral par son sol, léger en alcool (10%), bio, et cette légère dose de sucre résultant d'un arrêt de la fermentation par le froid.
Vous pouvez l'apprécier à l'apéritif, sur des entrées, ainsi qu'avec quelques desserts aux fruits.

Questi sono conservati in cantina, in via Fondaudège, in totale. Le bottiglie più fragili e più rare beneficiano di un riposo in cantina di invecchiamento Liebherr o La Sommelière.
