Since 2006, Aude and Boris have combined their expertise to offer us a champagne from the hillsides of the Marne Valley for all our celebrations and tastings. The quality and distinctiveness of their vintages are due to their geographic origin, 20 km from Epernay, as well as the excellence of their production methods. They provide us with a rare champagne with an authentic character, from an exceptional terroir where sand and wine coexist harmoniously. The sand, the main component of their soil, plays a major role in the quality of the grapes and influences the organoleptic characteristics of their champagne.
Ils sont aujourd'hui certifiés VDC Viticulture Durable en Champagne et HVE Haute Valeur Environnementale.
Fresh and Fruity
A fruity Blanc de Noirs, typical of the beautiful Marne Valley terroir.
Grapes: 95% Pinot Meunier, 5% Pinot noir.
Vinification: Stainless Steel
Blend: 70% of the wine of the vintage and 30% reserve wine
Dosage: BRUT, 8g/l sugar
Tasting:
Eye: A pale golden-yellow color, brought to life by fine and lively bubbles..
Aromas: Very expressive, it delivers a wide array of fresh fruits. It evolves into notes of pastries.
Taste: The attack is fresh with a perfect sugar-acid balance. The generous fruit-forward palate evolves into pastry aromas..
It will be perfect as an aperitif, but also with a light starter.

Provenienza e conservazione dei nostri vini
Tutti i vini e altri prodotti provengono direttamente dalle cantine o dai loro rivenditori esclusivi. In alcuni casi, bottiglie rare e introvabili in cantina sono state acquistate da collezionisti privati o professionisti. La nostra esperienza attesta la qualità e l'autenticità delle bottiglie.
Questi sono conservati in cantina, in via Fondaudège, in totale. Le bottiglie più fragili e più rare beneficiano di un riposo in cantina di invecchiamento Liebherr o La Sommelière.
