Pâté en croûte and Château de Bel !
The concept of these dinners? We take modern, contemporary cuisine, or street food, and see if it matches with the wines of a producer.
At the end of June, it's the turn of the meat pies from La Manufacture Le Bayon and the wines of Olivier Cazenave at Château de Bel.
The pâtés en croûte from La Manufacture Le Bayon are a secret we would like to keep to ourselves. Loïc turns this pinnacle of French gastronomy into true gems.
Olivier Cazenave, for his part, works at Château de Bel and vinifies many cuvées from other corners of Bordeaux. His overflowing imagination and the purity of his wines are everything we look for at CRUSH: modern or classic Bordeaux, but always unpretentious.


Relaxed and playful atmosphere on the menu! We explore, we question, we set aside preconceived notions, and we exchange ideas!
