Bibi Graetz comes from an artistic family and is himself a graduate painter from the Beaux-Arts. In the late 1990s, he discovered a true passion for wine and started with a small estate in Vincigliata, not far from Florence, in 2000. Passionate about old vines, he gradually managed to gather 80 hectares across Tuscany, with indigenous grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino for the reds. For the white wines, Ansonica, grown on the island of Giglio, where the vines grow close to the shore, is preferred. Favoring a natural approach, he allows his wines to ferment spontaneously in open vats and age in old barrels. His wines, of remarkable brilliance, feature labels that reflect his talent as an artist-winemaker.
Manual harvests are followed by agings in French oak barrels for 18 months, and then a second aging in the bottle for 6 months. Although 100% Sangiovese, Testamatta has a slightly Burgundian side, as it stands out for its finesse and elegance. An earthy side, combined with aromas of black fruits, is very appealing on the nose, while on the palate, the finesse of the tannins is surprising, despite a very Tuscan, very intense character. It is a pleasant bottle to taste after a few years, in its youth.

Tutti i vini e altri prodotti provengono direttamente dalle cantine o dai loro rivenditori esclusivi. In alcuni casi, bottiglie rare e introvabili in cantina sono state acquistate da collezionisti privati o professionisti. La nostra esperienza attesta la qualità e l'autenticità delle bottiglie.
Questi sono conservati in cantina, in via Fondaudège, in totale. Le bottiglie più fragili e più rare beneficiano di un riposo in cantina di invecchiamento Liebherr o La Sommelière.
