First Dinner "Ça passe ou ça matche ⚡"!
The concept of these dinners? We take modern, contemporary cuisine, or street food, and see if it matches with the wines of a producer.
The first one will take place on April 1st at CRUSH.
À cette occasion, Sébastien Pierre du Château Caillou, viendra présenter et faire goûter ses cuvées et cherchera avec nous le meilleur accord (ou match) avec la délicieuse cuisine Nikkei (fusion Japon/Pérou) de nos amis et voisins de chez Mako.
