We ship all the products available in our shop to the countries listed below. If your desired country is not listed, feel free to contact us. Likewise, if you have any questions about taxes and customs duties, we’re here to help.

VAT

If delivery is made to a country within the European Union, the VAT rate applied is that of the destination country (for example: France 20%, Netherlands 21%). VAT is calculated automatically. For shipments outside the EU, no VAT is charged.

Carriers and packaging

Wines and other beverages are shipped in reinforced boxes, mainly via UPS, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or FedEx. To reduce our carbon footprint and keep shipping costs low, some boxes may have been previously used.

Delivery times

Depending on the destination, delivery times range from 1 to 15 days. The timeframes listed below are provided for informational purposes only. Express deliveries (next day or 2-day) worldwide are possible — please contact us if you’d like to arrange one.

Please be aware that:

one 1.5L bottle = Shipping fees for 2 bottles
one 3L bottle = Shipping fees for 6 bottles
one 6L bottle = Shipping fees for 9 bottles
one OWC 6 = Shipping fees for 8 bottles
one OWC 12 = Shipping fees for 14 bottles
one 5L bag-in-box = Shipping fees for 4 bottles

We reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective and/or the most efficient carrier for each weight category and destination.

Shipping wine outide of the EU is complex, and additional taxes and fees may apply in addition to the ones listed below. We strongly recommend that you contact us before placing any order from a non EU country, or any country that is not listed on this page.

The shipment is made under DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning the buyer is responsible for import customs formalities as well as the payment of duties and taxes due to the importation. Therefore, you will need to pay the carrier the following:

Brokerage fees of approximately €40 (excluding VAT).

RESTRICTIONS
CANADA: No shipments are possible to the following provinces: Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.

QUEBEC: Shipments on DDP terms are not possible to Quebec. Taxes must be paid by the recipient and are calculated by the SAQ based on the current commercial value of the wine.

TAXES QUEBEC: 100% markup at the border + 15% GST*/HST* + excise duties.
ONTARIO: 105% markup + 13% GST/HST + excise duties.
MANITOBA: 20% markup + excise duties.
BRITISH COLUMBIA: 115% markup + 10 to 15% GST/HST + excise duties.
ALBERTA: 5 CAD per bottle + 5% GST/HST + excise duties.

Fees and taxes:
The shipping costs are expressed in DDP incoterms, meaning that the customs clearance fees, various duties, and taxes are our responsibility.
Therefore, once the payment is received, we will send you a second invoice along with a payment link for an amount of 15% of the value of the ordered goods.
You will not have to pay anything more at the reception of the bottles

Delivery times: 2 weeks (not guaranteed) for standard, 3 days for express (not guaranteed).

In case of non-delivery, if the error is on your part (such as an incorrect address), return shipping fees will be charged, which will be approximately double the original shipping cost.
