In the small village of Chitry (89), Aurélie and Thibaut Giraudon carry on the family tradition of bottling authentic, natural, and distinctive wines. With their privileged terroirs (clay-limestone marls, Kimmeridgian), they strive to obtain grapes of the highest possible quality.
Hand-harvested, environmentally conscious practices (EcoPhyto approach), fermentation in tanks. The Domaine Giraudon's sole purpose is to promote the expression in wine of all the aromatic and gustatory potential accumulated in the grapes.
A pretty pale yellow color, shiny, with a fruity nose and a lively, mineral note. On tasting, the attack is tender, with a lemony presence and a long, very pleasant development.
Pairing suggestions: This wine is ideal for accompanying oysters and seafood platters. It will also be greatly appreciated with terrines and charcuterie. Don't forget the Kir Bourguignon!

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
