Dans le Vaucluse, à Sarrians plus précisément, Emmanuel Reynaud - également propriétaire du légendaire Château Rayas à Châteauneuf-du-Pape - nous offre de la haute-couture pour magnifier le Grenache (blanc ou rouge) sur les parcelles du Château des Tours (qui met aussi des vins en bouteille sous le nom Domaine des Tours). Malgré des maturités très poussées, les vins sont très peu extraits, mais d'une profondeur éblouissante.
Avec 80% de Grenache et 20% de Syrah, ce Vacqueyras assez peu teinté par rapport au reste de l'AOC (dans le plus pure style Reynaud) nous offre gourmandise, complexité, et une longueur extraordinaire.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
