C’est à l’occasion des vendanges en 1981 que Christophe Ferrari va tomber amoureux du noble métier de vigneron. Le temps de terminer ses études et en 1987, il s’installe à Irancy dans l'Yonne (Bourgogne) comme jeune viticulteur. Désormais, cette passion ne le quittera plus. Christophe FERRARI exploite actuellement 23 hectares de vignes à IRANCY et à CHABLIS.
Au DOMAINE FERRARI, la qualité du vin est une préoccupation essentielle. La vinification est réalisée dans le respect de la tradition bourguignonne (cueillette manuelle, fermentation classique, élevage en fût de chênes) combinée à l’utilisation maîtrisée de quelques techniques modernes visant à l’amélioration de la qualité des vins (régulation thermique des moûts en fermentation, mise en bouteille sous vide, etc.).
Issu d'une parcelle exposée au Sud et donnant directement sur le village, La Bergère 2021 nous offre un Irancy tout en fraîcheur.
Robe : Beau rouge rubis. Robe limipide et brillante.
Nez : Nez franc et riche mettant en relief les arômes de petits fruits rouges et noirs.
Bouche : Bouche franche et légèrement minérale avec des tanins aux épices douces. Belle harmonie.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
