The Estate
The Brasserie Effet Papillon was founded in July 2017 in Mérignac. It was born from the passion of Jocelyn and Mathilde for craft beer. Their motto is to offer both original and balanced beers.
Since May 2022, the beers from the permanent and seasonal ranges are certified organic.
Jocelyn and Mathilde, a couple in everyday life and complementary at work, are in charge of the brewery and surrounded by a highly motivated and engaged team.
The Wine
Tasting
High fermentation wheat beer with lemon and verbena at 4.5% ABV. It has a pale yellow color. The nose is marked by verbena accompanied by subtle citrus notes. On the palate, the malty base adds a touch of indulgence. As for the lemon and verbena, they provide a hint of acidity and fresh herbal notes, respectively.
