The Producer
A true fermentation laboratory located in Villenave d’Ornon, at the gates of Bordeaux, Winterholer produces unfiltered craft beers, bottle-conditioned, as well as a unique French sake, Wintoji®, made from organic rice from Camargue.
The raw materials come exclusively from French and organic sources: barley and wheat malt, Camargue rice, hops, and yeasts. Thanks to their collection and reuse system, the bottles are reused, thus contributing to reducing their ecological footprint.
Tasting
Brewed with spelt (small spelt) from the Orvillier farm, this blonde Pale Ale reveals an elegant aromatic finesse with cereal notes.
