Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux
The Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux AOC, incorporated into the broader Côtes de Bordeaux family in 2009, spans around 280 hectares east of Bordeaux. It mainly produces red wines from merlot, cabernet franc, and cabernet sauvignon, with some dry whites as well. Clay-limestone and gravel soils yield smooth, fruity, and approachable wines. Pairings: roast poultry, grilled meats, Mediterranean cuisine.
