The concept of these dinners? We take modern, contemporary cuisine, or street food, and see if it matches with the wines of a producer.

After a successful first dinner where Mako's Nikkei cuisine paired perfectly with the great wines of Château Caillou, we are organizing a "pizza night 🍕" this time!

On this occasion, Julien Brustis, the main artisan behind the revival of Château Tour des Termes, will lead a tasting of his cuvées, including one as a preview! He will help us find the best pairing (or match) with the incredible pizzas from our friends and neighbors at Bistro Mimi. 


Relaxed and playful atmosphere on the menu! We explore, we question, we set aside preconceived notions, and we exchange ideas!
