General Questions

You will find all of our shipping rates on the Shipping page of our site.

We ship to a very large number of countries. You will find the list on the Shipping.

It is entirely possible to come and pick up products in-store, even if you haven't made the payment online beforehand.

No worries, we use the same software for online and in-store sales, which significantly reduces inventory errors: what is available online is also available in-store, and vice versa.

If we are out of stock on a reference, feel free to contact us to ask when we will receive it again.

Parking in the area is quite complicated. For a long stop, the Place du Champ de Mars is the most recommended, as well as the Tourny parking. To pick up an order, you can stop at Impasse des Tanneries, call us, and we will come directly to put the package in your trunk.

In accordance with the law, we issue invoices for all our sales. These include a VAT of 20% for alcohol, services, and accessory sales, 10% for food or non-alcoholic beverages consumed on-site during events, and 5.5% for takeout grocery items, as well as for non-alcoholic beverages. They are issued by SASU ARPE Distribution.

If you order online, the invoice is automatically sent to you as soon as the payment is made. Remember to check your spam folder.

If you came to the store, feel free to ask us for a receipt, an invoice, printed or by email. Even several days, weeks, or months later.

Yes, that is absolutely possible. Please contact us so we can discuss it.

We are extremely busy and cannot respond to all inquiries. In general, we do not receive any salespeople or producers at the cellar. We come to see you to understand your terroir and your way of working.

That said, always feel free to come by to introduce yourself! But we will not taste with you at that moment.

Our Bordeaux wines

Questions about our selection

If everyone (or almost everyone) knows the great Bordeaux appellations (Margaux, Pomerol, Saint-Julien...), for some time now, there has been a true revival of Bordeaux wines driven by lesser-known appellations such as Castillon, Bourg, Sainte-Foy or simply Bordeaux "generic".

They are reinventing and enchanting Bordeaux with cleaner viticulture and winemaking (in biodynamics, natural, or organic), different production or aging techniques (Solera method like for Franc de Bel, or aging in amphora like for Silt. Bordeaux is also starting to produce more white, rosé, or clairet wines (light reds). The bubbles (crémants or natural sparkling wines) are not to be overlooked.

It is difficult to list them all as the region is full of talents and small producers capable of making great wines.

At CRUSH, we really like the Clos du Notaire in the Côtes de Bourg for its straight, powerful, and modern wines, as well as Château l'Indécise in Sainte Foy for the freshness and drinkability of its whites, rosés, and reds. Château de Bel, which we have been following for a long time for its elegant and fruity cuvées, with controlled and subtle aging, worthy of the finest tables. Audrey and her Clos Monicord, such an endearing micro-domain, David Arnaud at Château Tour des Graves, Guillaume Dussans at The Knotweed also deserve special attention!

How can we not mention Château Saincrit for an extraordinary quality-price ratio! Or also Château Larruau, the indomitable great Margaux among the classified growths, in organic conversion, and which deserves all the respect?

Finally, the Château Sainte-Marie particularly pleases us for its cuvées that reinvent Bordeaux, with plantings of Syrah and Chenin, or winemaking techniques borrowed from Beaujolais.

It has often been believed that Bordeaux only offers expensive wines, whereas it is quite the opposite. While some bottles still reach prices in the 3 or even 4 digits, today in the region you can find true gems at completely astonishing prices.

Our advice? Avoid the too well-known AOCs. Even if some prestigious AOCs can offer prices below €20, it is often among the neighbors who have less street presence that the rare pearl is found.

At CRUSH of course! We know all the producers personally, many have become friends, and sometimes clients in turn!

As we always say at CRUSH, when we can give the name of the producer's dog, it means we have done our job well! Rest assured, we also do a "job" of selection and tasting...

There too, it's at CRUSH of course! We have something for every taste, classic and extraordinary wines, just like some slightly "out there" wines like Bel en Blanc, the wines of Gojira, or even Agios Georgios, a Greek grape variety planted in Saint-Emilion!
