At Château de Bel, every cuvée tells a unique story. The estate produces a diverse range of red, white, and rosé wines that reflect the richness of the terroir and the philosophy of its owner. Traditional grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sémillon are elevated through precise winemaking techniques, often characterized by natural fermentation and the absence of added sulfur. But Olivier also enjoys experimenting with Muscadelle (cuvées Bel en Blanc, Altres, and Echappée Bel), Chenin Blanc (Chenin de Bel), and unconventional winemaking methods for Bordeaux, including solera aging, oxidative wines, saignée rosé, and orange wines.
Château de Bel and Olivier Cazenave's wines are at the forefront of Bordeaux's modern renaissance, with contemporary labels, quirky bottle shapes, and an advanced environmental approach.

PRODUCTION
- Vinification: Just like a red wine, with a 3-week maceration time with skins and seeds. The skin is what brings this orange color.

- Tasting: Notes of lemon, tangerine, and wildflowers. A lot a freshness on the palate, with vivacity and fresh fruits aromas.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
