Located in the commune of La Cadière d'Azur (Var), a small, typically Provençal village just a few kilometers from the sea, facing the village of Le Castellet, Guilhem Tournier produces organic and biodynamic AOC Bandol wines, with vineyards planted on western slopes.
All wines are vinified on the estate from vines that are sometimes over 65 years old, with manual harvesting and animal-drawn plowing. In this family-run operation, the wines are well-crafted: powerful reds and aromatic rosés. A standout in Bandol.
60% Mourvèdre, 40% Cinsault.
This superb gastronomic rosé surprises with its captivating aroma of flowers, exotic fruits, and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine gains complexity, with a beautiful acidity giving way to an almost briny sensation. It can age for up to 10 years.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
