Not far from Saint-Sauveur en Puisaye (between Sancerre and Chablis), Raphaëlle Guyot established her eponymous estate in 2018. On the land of her childhood, she owns very few vines and purchases grapes here and there that meet her very high-quality standards, which she does not hesitate to process herself. Her wines, made without additives (except for a microdose of sulfur at bottling to stabilize them), stand out in a Burgundy landscape that can sometimes feel overly traditional.
Trained by Thibault Liger-Belair, La Grange Tiphaine, and Vincent Pinard, Raphaëlle Guyot is undoubtedly a rising star in the world of viticulture.
This pure Pinot Noir comes from a parcel located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux (89). Seventy percent of the harvest is destemmed, while 30% remains as whole clusters. The wine is aged in tanks for six months. It is remarkably pure, true to Guyot's signature style, with a strong focus on fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry, raspberry). On the palate, it is very refined, with a silky texture and a lovely finish.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
