Nivers is the story of a bold and human adventure led by two passionate gastronomes: Manon and Nicolas.
Beyond expertise, it is a mission that brought them together—the mission of offering new tasting experiences during meals.
The adventure began in 2021 when Nicolas, a lover of fine bottles and an experienced taster, noticed that the alcohol-free experience at the table was disappointing. He decided to step away from wine, which he deeply appreciates, to create three uniquely charactered plant-based signatures in 2023.
Manon was immediately captivated. A true epicurean at heart, she believes in unexpected and delicious pairings between dishes and Nivers. She decided to join Nicolas and wholeheartedly embrace this new era of tasting!
The Wine
Japanese green teas grands crus, verjus, kombucha culture, raspberry leaf extractions, maté, mimosa, fucus.
Negligible theine content in this cuvée.
Tasting
Herbal notes, fresh vegetal, cooked green vegetables, subtle hints of dried mango and tart plum. A iodized impression at the finish. Lively, salivating, taut.
Possible pairings: grilled fish, sea bream ceviche, roasted scallops, vegetable dishes with citrus juice
Serve between 12°C and 14°C
