The Estate
Originally from Beine, Christophe Patrice first works with his father and uncles before flying on his own: in 2006, he creates his own vineyard of 5 hectares, then takes advantage in 2011 of the opportunity to take over the estate of Daniel Roblot. This acquisition brings the total area to 22 hectares and confirms the family's commitment to precision viticulture, which remains independent and dedicated.
The estate now extends over the municipalities of Beine, Courgis, and Chablis: Kimmeridgian soils rich in marl and fossils, varied exposures, and vines averaging 45 years old (some exceeding 70 years). This patchwork offers complementary expressions of Chardonnay, from Petit Chablis to Chablis 1er Cru Beauregard, with wines marked by the salinity, tension, and minerality typical of the region.

Tasting
The Chablis 1er Cru Montmains by Christophe Patrice has aromas of fresh lemon, a hint of light flowers, and a slight wet stone character. On the palate, it is lively and straight, with a chalky and saline sensation that extends the freshness.
