The Estate
The Brasserie Effet Papillon was founded in July 2017 in Mérignac. It was born from the passion of Jocelyn and Mathilde for craft beer. Their motto is to offer both original and balanced beers.
Since May 2022, the beers from the permanent and seasonal ranges are certified organic.
Jocelyn and Mathilde, a couple in everyday life and complementary at work, are in charge of the brewery and surrounded by a highly motivated and engaged team.

The Effet Papillon India Pale Ale BIO is a second recipe of blonde beer from the brewery's permanent range. The aroma is very fruity. It reveals notes of exotic fruits such as mango and passion fruit, accompanied by a hint of citrus. The bitterness is very present and well-defined.
