The Estate
The Brasserie Effet Papillon was founded in July 2017 in Mérignac. It was born from the passion of Jocelyn and Mathilde for craft beer. Their motto is to offer both original and balanced beers.
Since May 2022, the beers from the permanent and seasonal ranges are certified organic.
Jocelyn and Mathilde, a couple in everyday life and complementary at work, are in charge of the brewery and surrounded by a highly motivated and engaged team.
The Wine
Tasting
Low fermentation beer with a blonde color at 4.5% ABV. On the nose, we find pleasant notes of honey and grains. On the palate, this beer is dry and very slightly bitter. It reveals a gourmet aroma while remaining refreshing.
