The Estate
Nested just 2.5 kilometers from Saint-Émilion, Château Belair Saint-Georges overlooks the vineyard landscapes with a stunning view of the region.
The family estate covers 12 hectares, of which 10 are contiguous, in the Saint-Georges Saint-Émilion appellation. An exceptional terroir, carefully cultivated for several generations.
Since 1979, Nadine Pocci le Menn, accompanied by her brother Yannick, a trained oenologist, oversees every step of the production. From the vineyard to the cellar, they uphold a traditional know-how: careful cultivation, controlled harvesting, restrained vinification, and aging in barrels for the first wine. An approach true to the classic elegance of the great wines of Saint-Émilion.
The Wine
80% merlot, 10% cabernet franc, 10% cabernet sauvignon
Tasting
Deep red, slightly fruity nose (black fruits), powerful. On the palate, the wine is powerful, structured, with a beautiful length.
