This beer was born within a vineyard owned by a family of winemakers (6th generation) in a small village in the Southeast of Gironde: Saint Michel de Lapujade (33).
LA BOISSE was born from the desire to create, produce, and share this malted potion... by mastering its design through the meticulous selection of its organic malts and hops.
A design that requires great control over the manufacturing process to achieve a light and delicate foam that holds, a beer that refreshes you while maintaining its little character.
