The Producer
A true fermentation laboratory located in Villenave d’Ornon, at the gates of Bordeaux, Winterholer produces unfiltered craft beers, bottle-conditioned, as well as a unique French sake, Wintoji®, made from organic rice from Camargue.
The raw materials come exclusively from French and organic sources: barley and wheat malt, Camargue rice, hops, and yeasts. Thanks to their collection and reuse system, the bottles are reused, thus contributing to reducing their ecological footprint.
Tasting
Brewed with spring water, grapes, and barley from Château Beynat, a biodynamic winemaker in Saint Magne de Castillon. This beer combines fruity aromas and malty sweetness, a beautiful celebration of our terroir.
