Clos Vougeot

Le Clos Vougeot, Grand Cru iconique de Bourgogne, a été reconnu en 1937. C’est le plus vaste Grand Cru de la Côte de Nuits avec environ 50 hectares, clos d’un seul tenant par des moines cisterciens au XIIᵉ siècle. Exclusivement planté en pinot noir, il offre des vins puissants et structurés, variant selon la parcelle, mais toujours marqués par des arômes de fruits noirs, d’épices et une grande capacité de garde. Accords : gibier rôti, viandes mijotées, fromages affinés.
