En 1955; René Dürrbach s'installe à Trévallon, entre Arles et Avignon, au Nord du massif des Alpilles. Les premières vignes sont plantées en 1973 par son fils Eloi. Depuis les débuts, tout est fait de la façon la plus naturelle possible, les vignes n'ont jamais vu la moindre trace de chimie depuis leur plantation. Trevallon fait partie des crus mythiques du vignoble français.
Assemblage de 50% de Syrah et 50% de Cabernet Sauvignon (très inhabituel en Provence), Trevallon rouge est élevé pendant 2 ans, est collé au blanc d'oeuf frais mais n'est pas filtré. On obtient un vin au nez de garrigue et de poivre, et en bouche la fraîcheur surprend et ravi, une finesse de tanins et une trame puissante rendent le vin addictif. Un chef d'oeuvre.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
