Membre des Bordeaux Pirate - collectif de vignerons girondins qui veulent casser l'image désuète de Bordeaux - le Clos du Notaire est régit de mains de maître par Amélie Osmond et Victor Mischler. Sur leur terroir magnifique qui surplombe l'estuaire, ils s'appliquent à produire des vins exceptionnels et iconoclastes.
Cuvée tradition de la propriété, ce vin exalte des arômes de fruits noirs révélant toute la rondeur du Merlot et la subtile tannicité du Cabernet. Les arômes oscillent entre le croquant, le fumé et l’épicé et en font un vin de caractère. La bouche est ample, la finale est élégante avec une pointe de fermeté bien ajustée. Les tanins soyeux encouragent dès aujourd’hui à la dégustation ; ce vin peut aussi être conservé une dizaine d’années. Pour parfaitement l’apprécier, il est conseillé d’ouvrir et d’aérer la bouteille quelques dizaines de minutes avant le service, à 17°.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
