Since 2006, Aude and Boris have combined their expertise to offer us a champagne from the hillsides of the Marne Valley for all our celebrations and tastings. The quality and distinctiveness of their vintages are due to their geographic origin, 20 km from Epernay, as well as the excellence of their production methods. They provide us with a rare champagne with an authentic character, from an exceptional terroir where sand and wine coexist harmoniously. The sand, the main component of their soil, plays a major role in the quality of the grapes and influences the organoleptic characteristics of their champagne.
They are now certified with VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) and HVE (High Environmental Value).
Young and lively
An atypical blanc de blancs revealing the sandy terroir of our Marne Valley.
Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Stainless steel tank
Blend: 60% of current year wine and 40% of reserve wine
Dosage: BRUT 8g/l sugar
Tasting:
Pale yellow dress with slight shiny reflections.
Nose: Subtle and delicate with white fruit accompanied by floral aromas.
Mouth: The attack on the palate is mineral. The mouthfeel is broad and fresh with a lovely creaminess. This wine is balanced and elegant.
As an appetizer, with a seasonal starter or with a fish in white butter sauce.

Provenance and storage of our wines
All wines and other products come directly from the estates or their exclusive distributors. In some cases, rare and hard-to-find bottles have been purchased from private collectors or professionals. Our expertise guarantees the quality and authenticity of the bottles.
These are stored in the cellar, on Fondaudège Street, in their entirety. The most fragile and rare bottles benefit from aging in a Liebherr or La Sommelière wine cellar.
