The Producer
Founded in 2017, in Cadaujac, south of Bordeaux, this family-owned house is named after the grandmother of the founders, Cedrik and Axel Nadé, a strong, demanding, and trustworthy woman. Values that the two brothers wanted to embed in the genes of their establishment.

The Wine
Created in collaboration with the Distillery des Moisans, Sylvia was born from the meeting of the London Dry Gin Avem Hippolais and a macerate of elderflower. Inspired by the art of blending dear to Maison Mounicq, it combines the liveliness of gin with floral sweetness, giving birth to a unique, refined, and sunny gin liqueur.
Tasting
Sylvia is inspired by the Bordeaux terroir, this gin liqueur marries the elegance of iconic grape varieties (Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sémillon…) with the intensity of juniper and the floral sweetness of elderflower. Crafted with the Distillery Des Moisans, it captivates with its refined balance and golden hue. Fresh and delicately sweet, it can be enjoyed in a gin and tonic, in a spritz, or in creative cocktails for unique sharing moments.
