The Producer
Located in Floirac just steps from Bordeaux, the Parallel Brewery was born from the desire of its founders Guillaume Soares and Laurent Drège to offer 100% organic and non-alcoholic beverages, addressing public health issues while ensuring impeccable quality.
The brewery operates exclusively on green energy to limit its carbon footprint. A significant portion of the glass bottles used is suitable for reuse, especially all our large formats of 75cl. It tries to generate the least waste by composting all plant residues, reusing packaging cartons, or operating in a closed loop for cleaning their tanks.
The range now consists of kefirs and non-alcoholic beers. The latter are produced without de-alcoholization.
The Wine
The Parallel Brewery produces its non-alcoholic beers without de-alcoholization: they are brewed directly at 0.0% through a specific fermentation.
The fermentation relies on yeasts that transform sugars without creating alcohol.
