The Producer
Château Peybonhomme-les-Tours has its origins in the Middle Ages, as evidenced by its impressive tower that still dominates the landscape today. Located on the right bank of the Gironde, this family estate has survived the centuries while maintaining its identity and independence. Taken over in the 20th century by the Hubert family, it is now part of a committed tradition, blending respect for heritage with a modern vision of viticulture.
The vineyard extends over the clay-limestone hills of Blayais, benefiting from a temperate microclimate due to the proximity of the Gironde estuary. This privileged location promotes optimal ripening of the grapes, primarily Merlot, complemented by Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Managed under organic and biodynamic practices, the estate pays particular attention to soil balance and vine vitality, in order to fully express the typicity of its terroir.
Today, Château Peybonhomme-les-Tours is recognized as a reference for natural wines from Bordeaux. Under the leadership of Catherine and Jean-Luc Hubert, the estate produces sincere, digestible, and expressive cuvées, with minimal intervention in the cellar. Straddling tradition and innovation, it embodies a free and committed approach to wine, appealing to both discerning enthusiasts and new generations in search of authenticity.

Tasting
An innovative and lively drink that combines the sweetness of organic grape juice with the energy of emblematic biodynamic plants (Merlot, Verjus, herbal teas). Refreshing, floral, and slightly herbal, it embodies the spirit of the vine in harmony with nature. It represents a new generation of "agri-cultural" beverages.
