The Producer

A true fermentation laboratory located in Villenave d’Ornon, at the gates of Bordeaux, Winterholer produces unfiltered craft beers, bottle-conditioned, as well as a unique French sake, Wintoji®, made from organic rice from Camargue.

Winterholer breweryThe raw materials come exclusively from French and organic sources: barley and wheat malt, Camargue rice, hops, and yeasts. Thanks to their collection and reuse system, the bottles are reused, thus contributing to reducing their ecological footprint.
