Casablanca Valley

The Casablanca Valley, recognized as a D.O. in 1985, covers around 4,000 hectares northwest of Santiago. Cooled by the Humboldt Current, it is especially renowned for its fresh, aromatic white wines made from chardonnay and sauvignon blanc, as well as elegant pinot noir. Sandy-clay and granite soils enhance freshness and minerality.
