Prosecco

The Prosecco is one of the most famous Italian sparkling wines, produced mainly in the region of Veneto and Friuli. Made from the Glera grape variety, it comes in several designations, including the Glera, il se décline sous plusieurs appellations, dont le Prosecco DOC and the prestigious Prosecco Superiore DOCG (Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Asolo). The winemaking method used is the Charmat-Martinotti, which preserves the aromatic freshness and highlights notes of pear, green apple, citrus, and white flowers. The styles range from Brut to Dry, with a fine mousse and great drinkability. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails (notably the famous Spritz), Prosecco is now synonymous with friendliness and accessible elegance.
