It all starts with the friendship of Alix and Henri and the sharing of their respective passions: gastronomy and plants!
Always on the lookout for creative and unusual dishes, they realize that there is a lot of talk about eating well, but too rarely about drinking well. "As soon as it comes to pairing with a good dish, we quickly turn to alcoholic beverages, as the alternatives to alcohol are limited and poorly developed," explains Alix.
They then decide to launch their own creations, inspired by the finesse and taste diversity of plants. This is how Gardens was born!
"With the desire to shake things up, to create a true alternative to alcohol, crafted in terms of taste, with natural ingredients, carefully selected and low in sugar! A non-alcoholic aperitif that we are proud to drink and share..." summarizes Henri.
The Cuvée
Developed from about fifteen natural ingredients sourced from organic farming and processed in various forms (infusions, extracts, juices), this aperitif offers a deep indulgence, blending fruity sweetness with a delicately spiced roundness.
Tasting
Aromatic profile: fruity and tangy
Nose: fruity – notes of red fruits (cherry and blackberry)
Heart: velvety – notes of fig and fig leaf
Finish: slightly tangy and indulgent (tonka)
To be mixed with tonic or sparkling water for a low-sugar version.
