The Producer

Norman by origin and by heart, adopted by Gironde in 2009, the journey of Marie and Sacha SOKOLOFF is atypical. 

Marie has been a passionate doctor since 2011. She treats and repairs her patients during the week, then takes care of her guests, her wines, and her vines on the weekend.

Sacha trained at the prestigious Domaine de Chevalier, then switched sides in 2011 and held the technical direction of Château Dalem for 10 vintages. At L'Indécise, he welcomes and takes care of the work in the vineyard. The winemaking and aging of the wines are done by four hands. Or even more with family and friends.

The Wine

Manual harvesting of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small touch of Merlot. Pressing of whole bunches.

Tasting

Floral and exotic notes on the nose
On the palate, the wine is fresh, elegant, and digestible.
