The Producer
L'Etable des Vins is a family estate located in Péronne, in the Mâconnais region, with origins dating back to the early 20th century. The history of the estate is closely linked to that of Aimé Blouzard, who planted his first vines in the 1930s and laid the foundations of a wine heritage passed down from generation to generation. Long dedicated to grape growing and selling, the family decided to take a new step by creating its own winemaking and marketing structure under the name Etable des Vins, in order to fully enhance the fruit of its labor.
The vineyard extends over the clay-limestone hills of Péronne, in the heart of the Mâcon-Péronne appellation. This terroir, particularly suited for Chardonnay, allows for the production of wines that are both fresh, elegant, and mineral. The vines, some of which are several decades old, are cultivated with great attention to soil respect and biodiversity. The winemaking processes are intentionally low-intervention to preserve the identity of each plot and to reveal the full typicity of the Mâconnais terroir.
Today, Étable des Vins perpetuates the legacy of Aimé Blouzard by producing confidential cuvées that combine family tradition and a modern approach to viticulture. The wines stand out for their precision, freshness, and authentic expression of Burgundian Chardonnay, offering delicious, balanced profiles with beautiful purity. Thanks to this know-how passed down through generations, the estate has established itself as one of the great revelations of southern Burgundy.

The finish, long and saline, extends the notes of white fruits and flint with great elegance.
