Born from the creative and visionary mind of Chef Mauro Colagreco (3 Michelin stars at Mirazur, Menton), Tempera is a range of gourmet non-alcoholic beverages designed to pair with food. Much like wine — the range even adopts some of its visual codes, such as the shape of the bottle and the color palette — but without fermentation, without dealcoholization, and most notably, without grapes!
Each recipe is crafted using ingredients selected for their quality, sourced in France whenever possible, and organic whenever feasible.

The Product
Aria evokes the lightness of the most beautiful summer nights. Flowers and fruits reveal their fragrance in a fluid blend with versatile pairings.
Ingredients: White tea with lychee and rose, grapefruit, strawberry, Timut pepper. Hand-harvested on the high foothills of the Himalayas, Timut pepper brings a refined zest and smoothness to Aria II. It is the perfect counterpoint to the subtle floral and fruity notes of this distinctly summery blend.
Tasting
Floral on the attack, tangy on the palate, with a peppery finish. Pairs well with grilled meats and vegetables, tapenade, or creamy desserts.
