Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh
The Pacherenc-du-Vic-Bilh AOC, established in 1982, covers about 450 hectares in southwestern France near Madiran. It produces dry and sweet white wines, mainly from gros manseng, petit manseng, and courbu grapes. The clay-limestone soils yield fresh, aromatic, and balanced wines. Pairings: foie gras, fruit desserts, soft cheeses, aperitifs.
