LA BOISSE White, its freshness, its finesse, and its aromas… but where do all these flavors come from?
This White has been crafted with a careful selection of its organic malts that form the base of the beer. A single variety of organic hops brings its citrus aromas and a very light bitterness that holds the flavors at the end of the palate. The spices enhance the citrus notes and the secret of jasmine flower… which gives it that white flower, smooth character.
