Rully

The Rully AOC, established in 1939 in the Côte Chalonnaise, covers approximately 288 hectares of vineyards, producing mainly white wines from chardonnay and red wines from pinot noir. The whites are known for their freshness, liveliness, and notes of flowers and yellow fruits, while the reds are light, fruity, and supple, often meant for early consumption. Clay-limestone and marly soils provide finesse and balance. Rully whites pair well with fish, seafood, and poultry, while reds complement charcuterie, white meats, and lightly sauced dishes.
