Brasserie Parallèle
Située à Floirac à deux pas de Bordeaux, la Brasserie Parallèle est née du désir de ses fondateurs Guillaume Soares et Laurent Drège de proposer des boissons 100% bio et sans alcool, répondant aux enjeux de santé publique, tout en garantissant une qualité irréprochable.
La brasserie fonctionne exclusivement à l’énergie verte, pour limiter son empreinte carbone. Une partie conséquente des bouteilles en verre utilisées est apte au réemploi notamment tous nos grands formats 75cl. Elle essaye de générer le moins de déchets en compostant tous les résidus végétaux, en réutilisant les cartons d’emballages ou en fonctionnant en circuit fermé pour le nettoyage de leurs cuves.
La gamme est aujourd'hui composée de kéfirs et de bières sans alcool. Ces dernières sont produites sans désalcoolisation.
