Beaumes de Venise
The Beaumes-de-Venise AOC, established in 1943, covers about 150 hectares in Vaucluse at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Known for its sweet natural red and white wines based on muscat, it also produces concentrated dry reds. Clay-limestone soils and sunny hillside exposure create powerful, aromatic, and rich wines. Pairings: desserts, foie gras, blue cheeses, spicy dishes.
