Vacqueyras

The Vacqueyras AOC, established in 1990, covers about 1,400 hectares in the southern Rhône Valley. It mainly produces red wines from grenache, syrah, and mourvèdre grapes, known for their power, aromatic richness, and balance. The varied soils include clay, limestone, and rolled pebbles. Pairings: Mediterranean dishes, grilled meats, aged cheeses, Provençal cuisine.
