Château Grillet

Château-Grillet is a monopole appellation, established in 1936, located in the northern Rhône Valley near Condrieu. On just 3.5 hectares, this unique estate produces exclusively white wine from viognier grapes. Granite soils give the wines great finesse, floral and fruity aromas, and remarkable aging potential. Pairings: delicate fish, seafood, poultry in sauce, mild cheeses. Notable producer: Château-Grillet (monopole).
